Cylas and I met in Chicago during college and yearned to move to the country to start a family, offering our kids space to explore and opporuntities to care for the land.
As the kids started coming, we knew we wanted high quality food but found it expensive. So we left the city to merge our love for country living and self-sufficiency.
We now have the joy of living on 7-acres in Mt. Gilead, OH, just north of Columbus and strive to be self-sufficient, small-scale, and regenerative, so we can provide food for our family and the families around us! Our hope is to make quality food affordable.
We currently raise pastured, non-GMO broiler chickens, ready-to-lay pullets, and Thanksgiving turkeys, with more animals to come in the future!
